Rhythm Digital is a website and digital marketing agency based in Tamworth, New South Wales. We provide website solutions and support to regional businesses and organisations, as well as clients across Australia.
We are looking to grow our team and client base, and need a passionate and proactive Account Manager to help us achieve this.
As an Account Manager with Rhythm Digital, you will proactively develop a customer base throughout the region via both face-to-face visits and phone contact.

Responsibilities‍

As an Account Manager, you will use your excellent customer relationship skills and insights into digital marketing solutions and the industry landscape to deliver against the following responsibilities:

• Developing professional relationships and generating new business through proactive outbound contact activity, as well as to existing Rhythm Digital clients.
• Selling a combination of outright website project work and ongoing services and support plans.
• Construction of solution proposals to help address the marketing and general objectives of regional businesses.
• Development of marketing solutions and proposals that solve their current challenges while building their online presence.
• Being available and responsive to our clients when they require support or advice.
