They also need to be able to share important resources for participants, as well as industry news and websites. Resolute Support also has referral forms that needed to be made digital for participants.

Digital transformation took centre stage as we converted referral forms into a user-friendly, digital format, streamlining the process for participants. Our approach extended to the creation of a dynamic careers page, featuring staff testimonials that can be easily updated and an intuitive application form for each available position. To accommodate the evolving team structure, we designed a flexible system where the current team can be effortlessly modified as staff members join or depart. Resolute Support now has a website that not only captures their ethos but also serves as a multifaceted platform for sharing important resources, industry news, and fostering a community of like-minded professionals.
