Academy Business Services

Academy Business Services was starting from scratch, so there was no old website to fix, just the job of getting a new business noticed. Bookkeeping isn't the most exciting topic, and the team wanted a site that showed their personality and made them stand out from the usual dry accounting websites.

At the same time, it still had to come across as professional and trustworthy, since clients are handing over their payroll and accounts. They also needed pages that could be updated regularly as the team grew and their packages changed, without needing to rebuild anything.

Rhythm Digital created the website from scratch in Webflow, with a colourful, engaging and interactive design. Our designer drew custom graphics for the site, giving it a light, fun feel that still sits comfortably alongside the serious business of bookkeeping.

The site covers Academy's full range of services, from payroll and accounts receivable and payable to bank reconciliation and Xero assistance, and sets out each of its packages clearly so businesses can see which one suits them. A meet the team section, complete with some cheeky job titles, introduces the people behind the numbers.

We also wrote the website copy, keeping it clear and plain while letting a bit of the team's humour come through.
