Enable Pedorthics

Enable Pedorthics had a website that no longer matched the professional, caring service Sam delivers. It didn't work well on phones and tablets, it wasn't clear about what services were on offer, and it barely touched on the thing that sets the business apart: Sam travels to his patients, whether that's at home, in a care facility or at one of his visiting clinics.

Sam wanted a site that would help people understand what a pedorthist actually does, give patients and referrers an easy way to get in touch, and help the business be found by people searching for foot care and orthotics across a very wide region, rather than relying on word of mouth alone.

Rhythm Digital designed and built a new Webflow website that puts Sam front and centre, with a clean, confident look and plain explanations of each service. Custom medical footwear, prefabricated footwear, custom orthotics, plantar pressure and gait assessment, ankle-foot orthoses, modifications and repairs are each set out clearly, so patients and carers can see which one fits their situation.

The homepage explains how mobile appointments work and lists the clinics Sam visits, and an About page shares the personal story behind why he got into pedorthics. A dedicated referrals page gives NDIS, DVA, EnableNSW, icare and Home Care Package referrers a simple way to send through a client, alongside an enquiry form, FAQs on fees, health funds and home visits, and patient reviews from around the region.

Behind the scenes, we built the site to work well on mobile and set up solid SEO foundations around foot care, orthotics and mobile pedorthic services across Sam's service area.
