Honeycombes came to us after having no luck with a previous web designer. Their main site had been evolving for some time and wasn't working correctly, wasn't responsive on phones and tablets, and wasn't giving customers the information the team wanted them to find.
With branches spread across North Queensland and customers in agriculture, construction, heavy vehicles, mining and lawncare, it was a big business to represent online. Dave and the team needed the site fixed quickly, then built out so each branch could be found by people searching in their own area.
Rhythm Digital worked with the Honeycombes team over phone and video calls to get the main Honeycombes Sales & Service site functioning correctly and fully responsive. From there we added the extra pages they needed, along with branch location pages, and completed location-based SEO across those branches to help customers in each area find their nearest dealer.
Once the main site was in good shape, Honeycombes engaged us for two more websites covering different arms of the business: Honeycombes Ag and Honeycombes Industrial. Both sync with the brand websites they represent and pull in product information automatically, so the range on show stays current without the team re-entering it by hand.
Honeycombes went from a site that was hard to manage to a group of websites that work together, with the main site covering the whole business and dedicated sites for agriculture and industrial customers. Product information stays up to date on its own, and each branch has a proper place online for local customers to find.
