The Challenge

Joblink Plus operates across a large regional footprint, offering employment services, community programs, training, and employer support. Their previous website had become difficult to navigate and didn’t clearly guide users to the right services. Content management was time-consuming, the structure lacked consistency, and the site didn’t reflect the organisation’s scale or community impact. They needed a website that was clear, accessible, and capable of supporting a wide variety of programs and audiences.

We rebuilt the Joblink Plus website with a fresh content architecture designed around their three key audiences: job seekers, employers, and community participants. Pages were restructured into clear service areas, supported by stronger calls to action and simplified navigation. We added a dynamic location finder to help users identify their nearest Joblink Plus site and developed functional layouts that better highlight programs, services, and opportunities. The site was delivered in Webflow to improve speed, editing efficiency, and long-term maintainability for the internal team.

The new site gives Joblink Plus a faster, cleaner, and more intuitive online presence. Users can now locate services, programs, and offices far more easily, reducing friction in the job seeker and employer journeys. The Webflow CMS dramatically improved internal workflows, allowing the team to update pages, locations, and service content in minutes rather than hours. The refreshed structure has strengthened brand consistency and improved engagement with key pathways across the site.
