The website James and the team inherited was well out of date and didn't do justice to the quality of the products they carry or the level of service they pride themselves on. For a supplier working with abattoirs, farms, motels, pubs and clubs, it wasn't building much confidence in the business.
The team had also been through a couple of false starts with other platforms and developers before they came to us. They needed a site that came across as professional and knowledgeable, made their range easy to browse, and that they could actually keep up to date themselves, with local support close by when they needed it.
Rhythm Digital designed and built a new Webflow website for North West Chemicals with a clean, professional look that puts their product range front and centre. The homepage leads with the main categories, from agricultural and industrial chemicals and cleaning equipment to food processing, motel supplies and hospitality venues, so customers can head straight to what's relevant to them.
Separate pages cover the business's services, including training, safety support and dispenser installation, along with its environmental commitments, food safety consultation and certifications. A dedicated SDS and Tech Bulletins section gives customers quick access to the safety and technical documents they need.
The site is built so the team can update products and information themselves, without starting over again.
North West Chemicals now has a website that matches the professionalism of the business and gives customers a clear picture of everything they offer, from product ranges to safety documents. It's easy for the team to keep current, and they have a local team in Rhythm Digital to call on when they need a hand.
