Located in Gunnedah, Ultrafleet has over 100 varieties of 4WD vehicles, servicing all mines in the Gunnedah, Mudgee and Hunter valley region, with strong relations with local suppliers and clients, making the hire for clients a seamless experience to get straight to work on a mine site, or even to hire in the local area when you require a vehicle.
Ultra Fleet had grown quickly on the back of the region's mining work, and the number of contractors, mine sites and project teams relying on its vehicles kept climbing. The business needed a website that reflected how far it had come and could take on more of the work of looking after those clients.
Jacinta wanted somewhere to show the fleet and the crew properly, explain the vehicle types and mine-compliant fit-outs on offer, and make booking enquiries straightforward. Hirers also needed an easy way to find the forms and information that go with each vehicle once they had the keys, wherever they happened to be working.
With a folder of great photos of the fleet and crew to work with, Rhythm Digital designed an image-led website in Webflow that is simple to find your way around. The homepage gets straight to the point, with vehicle types, booking enquiries and the client portal all one click away.
The services page sets out the Toyota Hilux, LandCruiser and Prado options alongside the full list of safety and mine-compliance inclusions, from mine bars and UHF radios to fire extinguishers and prestart books. The About page tells the Ultra Fleet story through a timeline and promo videos.
We also built a dedicated client portal holding the specific online forms and information hirers need. Each vehicle carries a QR code that takes drivers straight to it, so the right paperwork is always on hand.
Ultra Fleet now has a website that looks the part for a business that has become a preferred supplier of mine site vehicles in the region. New clients can see the fleet and what comes fitted as standard before they pick up the phone, and existing hirers can scan the QR code in the car to find the right form on the spot, saving time for drivers and the office alike.
