ATP runs dozens of short courses alongside long course clusters, each with its own units and intakes. Job seekers searching for a quick skills course, students weighing up a longer qualification, and employers checking training options for staff all needed to land on the right information fast. Behind the scenes, ATP's team also needed course details to stay current without re-entering the same information in two different places. A course calendar that people could actually filter by location and program was high on the list, along with a way for website enquiries to reach the team without becoming an extra manual step.

We built a custom API that connects ATP's course management system directly to their new Webflow site. When a course is added or updated on their end, the change flows through to the website automatically, so nobody needs to set it up twice. Course information across the site was restructured so short courses and long course clusters are easy to browse for whoever is looking, whether that's a job seeker, a current student, or an employer. The course calendar became a live, working tool rather than a static list, with filtering by location and program built in. Website enquiries now feed straight into ATP's own system, landing where the team already works instead of sitting in a separate inbox.
