Award Plumbing

Award Plumbing had built a solid business over nearly three decades through hard work and referrals, but they had no website at all. That meant people searching for a local plumber in the Hills District had no way of finding them online, checking out their work or getting a sense of who they were before picking up the phone.

The team wanted a professional site that reflected their experience and the quality of their work, explained the full range of plumbing, drainage and gas fitting services they offer, and made it as easy as possible for customers, including those with an emergency, to get in touch.

Rhythm Digital designed and built Award Plumbing's first website in Webflow, with a clean, professional look and the phone number sitting right at the top of every page so help is always one tap away. The homepage covers their 24/7 availability, licensing and guarantee, and why customers choose them.

Each of the main services, including hot water, blocked drains, burst pipes, leaking taps and toilets, gas and LPG and rainwater tanks, has its own page. An Our Work section shows recent projects such as septic tank installs and bathroom renovations, and customer testimonials and a helpful FAQ section answer common questions about leaks, running toilets and hot water systems.

We also set out the suburbs they service across the Hills Shire and Hawkesbury, giving the site a strong local footing in search.
