Neurology is a specialty most patients don't encounter every day, and that unfamiliarity brings a lot of questions. What does a first appointment involve? What do I need to bring? How does a referral actually work? Northwest Neurology needed a website that could answer these questions clearly.

Referring GPs and other health professionals had their own set of needs. They wanted a fast, professional way to confirm details about the practice and point their patients toward reliable information, without having to dig for it. And with three neurologists plus visiting neurosurgeons attending on different days, the practice needed a way to keep patients in the loop about who was seeing patients when.

Rhythm Digital built Northwest Neurology a new website structured around how patients and referrers actually use it. Clear navigation means both audiences can get where they need to go on the site.

A dedicated Patient Information section walks new patients through what to expect, from referral through to their first appointment, cutting down the guesswork and anxiety that can come with it. Individual team profiles introduce each neurologist and visiting specialist, giving the practice a proper opportunity to showcase the depth of experience on offer.

Underneath it all, we set the practice up with a CMS built for their day-to-day reality: a resources and useful links section they can add to and update themselves, without touching code. The new brand elements developed for the practice were carried through the entire build, giving the site a considered, professional feel that matches the calibre of care patients receive.
