There was plenty of practical work for it to do too. Participants and families needed easy access to resources, industry news and useful websites, and Resolute's referral forms needed to move online so people could make a referral without the paperwork.
Rhythm Digital designed a bright, friendly website in Webflow with accessibility as a top priority, so it works for a wide range of people. Services are laid out clearly, from community access and personal care to supported independent living, household tasks and community transport.
We turned Resolute's referral forms into simple online forms, and built resources and news sections the team can add to as things change. The careers page features staff testimonials that are easy to update, with an application form for each available position.
Because the team changes as people join and move on, the team page runs through Webflow's CMS, so staff profiles can be added or removed without any fuss.
