The Challenge

The Challenge

Tamworth LALC had grown into a large, multi-program organisation, but their website needed to grow with them. The new site had to give equal weight to every part of the organisation's work, from the Walaaybaa Rangers program to Trelawney Station, community events and staff profiles, without any one section overshadowing the rest.

Community members, partner organisations and government or funding bodies all needed to find what mattered to them quickly. A young person looking for a program, a partner organisation checking in on collaboration, and a funding body assessing impact all needed a different way into the same site. On top of that, the internal team needed to be able to add and update content themselves, without relying on a developer every time a new event came along.

The result had to feel like a genuine reflection of the scale of TLALC's work: clear enough for community members, and structured enough for the stakeholders who need to understand the organisation's reach.

The Solution

The Solution

Rhythm Digital built a custom Webflow site with a CMS structure designed around how TLALC actually operates. Programs sit at the centre of the site, with events, team members and news all linked back to the relevant program, so visitors can move naturally from "what's on" to "who runs it" to "how do I get involved."

Behind the scenes, the CMS collections cover programs, events, team members, news and updates, partners, resources and FAQs, giving the TLALC team a self-serve way to keep the site current. Adding a new event, updating a program page or introducing a new staff member no longer needs a call to a developer.

A dedicated section was also built for Trelawney Station, reflecting its role as a distinct part of the organisation's work, alongside a resources hub that pulls together useful links, forms and support services in one place. Forms now route enquiries to the right team, and the whole build was structured with SEO foundations in place from the start, so the organisation is easier to find by the people looking for the support and programs it offers.

Rhythm Digital also worked closely with the TLALC team to digitise artwork created by their own staff, and wove it through the site alongside their existing branding. Rather than sitting to one side as decoration, the artwork is built into the design itself, giving the site a distinct, culturally grounded look that couldn't be achieved with stock imagery or a generic template.

The Result

The Result

Tamworth LALC now has a website that matches the scale and reach of the organisation behind it. The team can log in and update programs, add events and share news themselves, which means the site can stay current with what's actually happening in the community rather than falling behind.

For the people who use the site, that means faster access to up-to-date resources, events and programs. For TLALC, it means a website that finally does justice to the breadth of work the organisation delivers across the Tamworth region.
