The Tamworth Urgent Care Clinic provides prompt and essential medical services, ensuring rapid access to healthcare for the local community's urgent needs.
Because Medicare Urgent Care Clinics were a new part of the health system, most people in Tamworth hadn't heard of one. The clinic had no online presence at all, so there was nowhere for locals to learn what it offered, whether they could just walk in, or how it differed from their GP or the hospital.
The clinic needed a professional website that matched its brand and did a lot of explaining. It had to set out the conditions treated, make it very clear when to call triple zero instead, and point people with urgent but non-life-threatening problems to the right place for care.
Rhythm Digital designed and built a website in Webflow that follows the clinic's branding and keeps things calm and easy to follow. The homepage leads with the conditions the clinic treats, from sprains and minor fractures to infections, cuts and burns, each with a short explanation of what to expect.
A dedicated page explains how Medicare UCCs work and what makes them different from a regular surgery, including walk-in care, bulk billing and extended hours seven days a week. FAQs and a resources section answer common questions, and emergency guidance appears throughout so anyone with a life-threatening problem knows to call 000.
The clinic's address, phone number and opening hours sit on every page, so nobody has to go looking.
Tamworth's Medicare Urgent Care Clinic now has a reliable place online to point people to. Locals can check whether their problem suits the clinic, see the opening hours and walk in with confidence, and the website does its part in steering non-emergency cases to the right place so the hospital can focus on the most serious patients.
