West Blacktown Veterinary Clinic

The clinic's old website came with its supplier's platform. It did the basics, but it was clunky, hard to grow and limited for SEO, and the clinic didn't truly own it. In a busy part of Western Sydney with plenty of vets nearby, Kat and Amy wanted a site that would hold its own in local search and help the right new clients choose them.

They weren't after a rebrand. The goal was to lift the existing branding into something modern, clean and welcoming, explain the services more clearly, and build trust before anyone picks up the phone. Just as importantly, it needed to be hands-off for a small team already busy looking after patients.

Rhythm Digital designed and built a new site in Webflow that keeps the clinic's logo and soft green palette front and centre, with real photos of the team and patients throughout. The homepage tells the clinic's story since 1974 straight away, with appointment and click-to-call buttons close at hand on every page.

Each service, from vaccinations and dental care to surgery, diagnostics and emergency support, has its own page, written to answer the questions pet owners actually ask. Team profiles, a detailed FAQs section and a payment options page help new clients feel they know the clinic before their first visit, and the About page explains what sets them apart, including a vet and a nurse in every consult.

Behind the scenes, we refined and restructured the existing content, wrote keyword-led page titles and descriptions, set up Google Analytics and Search Console, and handled the move onto the clinic's own domain.
