Poppins Bush School had built a strong following among local parents through word of mouth, but its online presence hadn't kept up. Families searching for childcare in the Tamworth area had little to go on, and there was nowhere online to get a sense of what makes a bush school different from a standard daycare.
The centre wanted a site that felt as playful and inviting as the centre itself, with its six classrooms, mud kitchen, construction room, big yard and forest area. It also needed to give current parents somewhere to keep up with news and get into the Parent Portal, and give new families a simple way to make an enquiry.
Rhythm Digital created a bright, vibrant Webflow website for Poppins, built around playful imagery of children learning and exploring outdoors. Pages for the centre's philosophy, team and programs explain the bush school approach in plain terms, with each age group, from the Nursery through to Junior Preschool and Preschool and Prep, given its own description.
A News and Events section runs on the CMS, so the team can post monthly newsletters, birthday celebrations and special visits as they happen. There's a gallery for families to browse, an online enquiry form, and Parent Portal access sitting right in the main menu where current parents expect to find it.
The whole site works well on mobile, which matters for busy parents checking in between drop-off and pick-up.
Poppins Bush School now has a website that gives families a real feel for the centre before they ever visit. New parents can see the spaces and programs and send an enquiry in a couple of minutes, while current families have one place for news, newsletters and the Parent Portal.
