Easters carries a large and varied range, from sands, soils and gravels to mulch, decorative stone and firewood, and at the time a Home Decor Centre as well. Getting all of that in front of customers online, in a way that was easy to browse, was a big job.
Janelle and the team wanted a platform that could promote and sell their products online, with delivery as an option for customers who didn't want to collect. Just as importantly, they needed to be able to manage the store themselves, adding new products and updating details without relying on outside help for every change.
Rhythm Digital set Easters up on Shopify, a platform built for exactly this kind of store and simple for the team to run day to day. We organised the range into clear categories so customers could find what they were after without wading through every product.
A mega menu makes it quick to move between categories from anywhere on the site, and customers can buy online with the option to have their order delivered. Product listings were set up so the team can add new items, change prices and update descriptions themselves.
We also trained the staff on how to use the new website, so they were confident managing it from launch.
Easters Landscape Supplies now has an online store that makes browsing and buying straightforward. Customers can find products quickly and arrange delivery, and the Easters team can keep their range current without outside help.
For a business that has been part of Tamworth for half a century, it means local customers can now order the same trusted supplies from home, any time of day.
