Home of Strength had grown through word of mouth and social media, but had no website. The business also had two quite different offerings to explain: a welcoming, family-friendly gym with group classes, Mums and Bubs sessions, kids classes, personal training and a crèche, and Sam's physiotherapy practice, run right there on site.

Sam and Grace wanted people to be able to go straight to whichever side they were after, and for the physio services to be found on Google in their own right. They had a strong brand in charcoal blue and peach, plenty of photos and video of their community, and a clear picture of the feel they wanted, inspired by the Newcastle gym where their own training journey started.

Rhythm Digital designed and built the site in Webflow, opening with a full-width video banner and two clear paths into Gym Services and Physio Services. Their peach and charcoal blue branding runs throughout with bold, confident type, broken up by real photos of members and the gym floor.

The Gym Services page walks through each class and program, and the homepage carries the class timetable. On the Physio Services page, Sam's Cliniko booking calendar is built straight in, so patients can book an appointment without leaving the site. An Our Story page shares how it all started, and CMS collections for client stories and testimonials let the team add new member stories as the community grows.

We worked closely with Sam and Grace through several rounds of design changes to get the look and feel right, then finished with keyword research, page titles and descriptions, Google Search Console setup and performance testing before launch.
