Northwest Health

Northwest Health's original website had been switched off in early 2020, and the practice was getting by on a temporary site. With several clinics, a large team of GPs, nurses and allied health staff, and patients from many different backgrounds, they needed a site that made it simple to find the right location, see who works where and book an appointment online.

The practice is also a rural teaching practice with a steady flow of news to share, from new services to changes in fees and opening hours. They wanted a site their own staff could keep up to date, and one that would help locals find them when searching for a GP in Tamworth and the surrounding towns.

We started with a new sitemap and built the site in Webflow, reusing the best of the content and graphic elements from the original site and writing new copy where it was needed. The design leans on Northwest Health's purple branding and real photos of the clinics and team, with three clear starting points on the homepage: find a location, book an appointment or get emergency care.

Doctor and staff profiles, services, news, health resources and careers are all managed through the Webflow CMS, so the practice team can update them through the Editor. Each clinic has its own page with address, hours and contact details, and online booking was built in from launch. We wrote page titles and meta descriptions, set up Google Analytics and indexing, and tested speed and performance before handing over.
